Crafting the Message

Here’s how we create your unique messages that speak directly to your clients:
- We run you through a short ‘Copy brief session’, where we grab all the information we can from you to understand the core elements of your business and what it is you want your customers to know about you.
- We take notes during our Copy Brief Session and pass all this information on to our scriptwriter who then transforms those simple notes into creative entertaining scripts.
- Within 5 to 7 days of the copy brief session you will receive a word document with a minimum of 8 different 15- to 25-second scripts to review and approve.
- If you have any edits you’d like to make to the scripts, you can let us know and we’ll adjust them until you’re 100% satisfied (no additional costs for this!).
- The final approved scripts are then professionally voiced using specifically chosen voice/s to suit your business and resonate with your customers.

Setting Up Your System
Setting up your phone system to play the professionally recorded messages is normally achieved within 3 to 4 days of approval of scripts. Here’s what happens (and don’t worry you don’t need to be technically-savvy; we do everything):
- We utilise a fantastic software program that is extremely reliable and easy to operate. We’ll set you up with an account and program in your messages to play at specific times and/or days as required. The software will be installed on a computer in your office so you can make any changes to days, times and messages as you need.
- Depending on your system we may need to send a technician to your office (no extra costs incurred for this service).
- We run through a number of tests to make sure all your messages are working and then let the messages work their magic.
Ongoing Support
Once the setup is complete, that’s not the last time you’ll hear from us! We don’t set up and run. In fact, our ongoing commitment to ensure your on hold messages are working to your satisfaction takes the form of a number of check-ins and updates:
- We call and email you every 8 to 10 weeks to test your system is still working as planned
- We remind you about updating your messages for different seasons, promotional periods and holidays every 8 to 10 weeks
- We make updates to your messages at no extra charge
- We send your updated message files via email and all you have to do is double-click on the file and the update will be complete (see, no super techy stuff for you work out)
